1. How to activate a replacement pack?

Microchip

To activate, open your Flexiroam X App, Tap > Account > Support > Activate Replacement > Scan the bar on the card

X SIM

To activate, open your Flexiroam X App, Tap > Account > Support > Activate Replacement > Scan the bar on the card

2. How long does Delivery takes?

Replacement estimated delivery is 3-7 working days.

3. Will the replacement link to my existing account automatically?

No, the replacement microchip/SIM will be link to your account upon activating the microchip/SIM using your existing account.

4. How much does it cost to get a replacement?

Replacement is total FREE. However, courier delivery charges will apply.

5. Would there be any invoice upon request/order of a replacement microchip/SIM card?

Yes, order invoice will be sent to your registered email address once order is successful. Shipment confirmation with tracking number will also be sent to the same email within 2-3 working days.

6. How do i properly manage my microchip sticker?

For better lifetime of the microchip kindly avoid: - Overcharging your mobile phone while the microchip is inserted into your phone. - Overheating the phone during software updates or while running some application updates while the microchip is inserted into your phone. - Constant removal of your SIM card with microchip from one phone/SIM slot to another - Constant detaching the microchip from one SIM to another

7. Where can i Find my Account ID?

Proceed to your Flexiroam X App, login to your account and tap ACCOUNT. Your Account ID will be at the top of the page.
